I work on a one to one basis (face to face in Leeds and online via Zoom) and in my online membership for women - The Self-Assured Femme

Before you start know this; while solution focused hypnotherapy produces incredible results, it is a commitment from you. You have to be fully invested and want to change. But don’t worry, if you have the desire then I know that it is all there within you, my job is to guide you there. I will be your nurturer, cheering you on from the side lines while you take the steps to become that person you truly long to be.
