Meet Katie

Hi there, I’m Katie, a qualified Hypnotherapist and Mind Reboot Facilitator. I trained with CPHT Leeds and have gained the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DFSH) and the gold standard Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD) from The National Council of Hypnotherapy. I have also trained with Integrated Changeworks and I am a Certified Mind Reboot Facilitator and Effective Trauma Release Facilitator.

I use a variety of methods in my clinic including hypnosis, NLP, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), brain education and solution focused therapy to help people like you who are being held back in life by anxiety and limiting beliefs to get control back and live a life of joy and ease.

I work with clients face to face from my therapy room in West Leeds and also with clients around the world virtually over Zoom.
